20 Weeks Post Surgery

So, my weight plateaued for a bit then went down and now it seems to be creeping back up, which is disappointing.  I think I should still be in that “honeymoon phase” post surgery where the weight keeps coming off but apparently I have hit a bit of a wall.  I understood it when I was grazing a lot over Christmas but I am not eating poorly (mostly) these days.  I do know that I need to step up my exercise schedule.  I have not been doing super well with that, mostly because I have been stressed at work this past month.  I know that exercise can theoretically help with stress as well but when I leave the office, I am emotionally exhausted (and sometimes physically as well) so it just seems too difficult to drag myself to the gym.  I will try to do better in February.

Weight: 194.4 lbs

At this point, I seem to have totally stopped keeping track of my food intake.  As my weight fails to decrease in the next month or so, I do regret this a bit.  On the other hand, I don’t know how much good it was really doing.  I tried to keep track of my weight but I did not remember every day.
